1. What we collect
Uploaded content: Text, images, PDFs you submit for translation. These are stored securely for up to 7 days for processing, debugging or user retrieval, then permanently deleted.
Account data: Email, name and billing metadata when you sign up.
Usage and logs: Request timestamps, API usage metrics and anonymized performance logs. We do not store raw user payload longer than necessary.
Payment metadata: Payment providers (Razorpay, PayPal) handle recurring payment info. We store only minimal billing references (invoice id, provider transaction id) needed for billing reconciliation.
2. How we use data
Process translations and OCR in real time.
Securely manage billing (via Razorpay/PayPal).
Improve service quality using aggregated/anonymized metrics.
3. Data sharing & processors
We do not sell personal data. Third-party processors we may use: Google Cloud (OCR), OpenAI (optional models), Razorpay and PayPal (payments). These processors act under contract and provide their own privacy protections.
4. Retention
Uploaded files: 7 days. Account metadata and billing references: as needed for invoicing and legal compliance. You can request export or deletion using our Data Request page.
5. Security
HTTPS, token authentication, access controls, and encryption at rest for user files. We perform periodic audits and vulnerability testing.
