Welcome to AITranslate.in (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, APIs, or related services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of Service

• Use the Service only for lawful and ethical purposes.
• Do not attempt to hack, abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
• Respect intellectual property rights and avoid uploading infringing or illegal content.

2. Accounts & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys. Any activity conducted through your credentials is considered authorized by you. Report any suspected misuse immediately at support@aitranslate.in.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payment Processing: All payments are handled securely through Razorpay and PayPal. We do not store or process any credit/debit card data.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions or automatic renewals are managed through these providers. You may cancel future renewals directly from your AITranslate dashboard or your Razorpay/PayPal account at any time.
• All Sales Are Final: Once credits or services are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes unused credits, completed translations, or partially used subscriptions.
• Duplicate or Failed Transactions: If a technical error results in duplicate billing, contact us within 7 days for review.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes, charges, or payment gateway fees are borne by the user.

4. Refund Policy

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is available here. To summarize: AITranslate does not provide refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds are only reviewed in case of accidental duplicate payments or verified technical faults.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Uploaded files are retained for up to 7 days for re-download convenience and then automatically deleted. We never sell or share user data with third parties. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements of the AITranslate platform belong to AITranslate.in. Users retain full ownership of their uploaded documents and translated outputs.

7. Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AITranslate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse our systems, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Indian courts.
