All payments made to AITranslate.in are non-refundable and final. Once credits or services have been purchased, we cannot issue refunds — including for unused credits, partial usage, or changes of mind.

Subscriptions and automatic renewals are securely handled by our payment providers — Razorpay and PayPal. You can cancel upcoming renewals anytime directly from your AITranslate dashboard or via your Razorpay/PayPal account settings.
Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is also considered final and non-refundable.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, email support@aitranslate.in with your transaction ID, date, and a brief description of the issue. We will verify the case within 5–7 business days and respond accordingly.
Once translation, OCR, or any AI-based processing has started or completed, the service cannot be canceled or refunded.
